Cancellation terms – We are introducing new flexible terms, where you cancel for ANY reason between 70 – 2 days before your stay. Opening July with flexibility for Covid-19 related issues.
Clean Glamping site – Improved cleaning regimes including sanitising of high touch surfaces and kitchen equipment, like TV remote, door handles, taps. We will also add extra hand washing stations, and signage for distancing and our guidelines.
Clean campers – We request guests to wash hands before and after using our facilities. We request that guests stay at home if they have symptoms before or to notify us if they come on during the stay for appropriate action.
Clean team – Our in house team at Arnprior will be wearing appropriate PPE, with a new regime to ensure the new industry standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained. Industry standards can be found here “Cleaning protocols for self catering properties in the context of Covid-19” Issued by the Association of Self Caterers.
Camp experience – lists of local restaurants and cafes who supply take away will be listed in your glamping pod. The farm has many walks that your family can explore, as well as your own private hot tub. Unfortunately, we are unable to open the swimming pool as yet. There are still so many memories to be made at Arnprior Farm.
FACILITIES & EXTRA CLEANING MEASURES
Safe Check In & Check out At Arnprior we know we can maintain safe social distancing measures. This can be achieved easily by self check in and check out. What this means, is that you will not see anyone on arrival or check out. You will be emailed an access code for your glamping pod key lock box. At your pod you will also have a private toilet which will be just for your family.
Sanitising of ‘high-touch’ areas such as worktop surfaces, door handles, kettle handles, microwave handles, fridge handles, TV remote, light switches, pod lock boxes and hot tub buttons between guest occupation.
Sanitised gloves will be worn by all staff when making up beds for guests to minimise chances of transmission.
PROVISIONS in your pod
Cleaning products (a multi purpose spray and paper towels)
Cooking & eating equipment: Each accommodation has its own kitchen utensils, cooking and eating equipment. We ask they are returned as found (cleaned in hot soapy water)
Laundry bags – we kindly request for guests to strip their own bed linen into our bags after their stay to prevent possible transmission to our staff.
Covid-19 friendly things to do, where to get food and takeaways etc will be provided. There are many great restaurants all doing great takeaway options. When we become clearer on local attractions and activities, we will provide information in the pods. Fortunately, we have lots of space here, so lots of fresh air, nature and exploring our farm track, as well as spotting our Highland coos will allow you to enjoy your stay with us.
Some of these items may be subject to change due to new guidelines or improvements as they appear. Please bear with us – we are doing our best to adapt in these times.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF OUR GLAMPERS

Social distancing (more than 2m/ 6ft) from other guests from other households during your stay would make potential transmissions less likely.
Wash your hands regularly. If you like, you can also bring your own alcohol hand gel sanitisers for convenience. If you are feeling any potential Covid-19 related symptoms, we request you stay at home please. Cancellations can be made with us by emailing [email protected]
