How long is a sauna session?

Each booking is 60 minutes, which includes time to change, use the sauna, plunge pool, outdoor shower, and relaxation area.

How many people can use the sauna?

The sauna seats up to 4 people comfortably. Pricing is: £20 for solo use, then £15 per additional person.

Is the sauna private?

Yes — all sessions are completely private. When you book, the entire space (sauna, plunge pool, changing area, outdoor shower, and relax area) is yours for the duration.

How do I access the sauna when I arrive?

You will collect your key from the lockbox located at the entrance to the sauna area. The access code will be emailed to you the day before your booking.Can children use the sauna?

  • No children 12 or under are permitted.
  • Guests aged 13-17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Is cold plunge use optional?

Yes. The cold water plunge is available for all guests, but completely optional. It fills fresh from our own spring and can feel intense — always enter slowly.

What should I bring?

Please bring:

  • Towels
  • Swimwear
  • Water to drink
  • Flip-flops or sliders (optional but helpful).
Are there any health conditions that prevent sauna use?

Yes — please avoid using the sauna if you:

  • Are pregnant
  • Have heart conditions or circulatory problems
  • Have high or low blood pressure
  • Have respiratory conditions
  • Have any illness affected by heat or cold If unsure, please consult your doctor before visiting.
Can I use the sauna alone?

Yes — solo sessions are permitted, but please listen to your body and exit immediately if you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or unwell.

Is alcohol allowed?

No alcohol or drug use is permitted before or during your sauna session.

What facilities are included?

Your booking includes:

  • Private indoor sauna with panoramic farm views
  • Spring-fed cold plunge pool
  • Warm or cold outdoor shower
  • Changing area and toilet
  • Relaxation space

What is your cancellation policy?
  • 48 hours’ notice or more: full refund
  • Less than 48 hours: no refund If illness or emergencies arise, please contact us — rescheduling may be available at our discretion.
What should I expect to feel afterwards?

Most guests feel relaxed and refreshed. Some may feel slightly tired the next day, or mildly sore if new to hot–cold therapy — this is normal.

Can I book again or buy a voucher?

Yes! You can book online anytime. Gift vouchers for sauna sessions are also available — just email hello@arnpriorfarm.com.
